Teeth Whitening is a popular dental procedure used to whiten teeth. There are a number of different ways to whiten teeth. Accelerated in-office approaches use a peroxide gel. There is also at-home whitening kits used with a peroxide gel, or carbamide peroxide gel.
Teeth Whitening can be performed by our Cosmetic Dentist in the office or, under dental supervision, at home. Whitening in the office may call for an hour and a half visit to our office. You will take home trays and extra gel to maintain your new white smile! Many patients enjoy just whitening at home because it is more convenient. Typically, whitening at home takes two or three weeks, depending on the desired shade you wish to achieve.
